Services

Six lines around the goods, not instead of them.

We are a trading company. The services exist so a buyer can place one order and receive cargo that matches the paper. They are not a consultancy product sold on retainers.

01

Sourcing

Factory shortlist against the specification, not against a marketplace ranking. We record capacity, lead time, and the documents the plant can actually issue. A buyer who already has a factory can still use us as the contracting and paying party.

02

Wholesale allocation

Open stock and production slots are offered with a validity date. Once a deposit is received, the slot is held. We do not double-book the same lot to two buyers and hope one cancels.

03

Quality inspection

Electronics: function, labeling, accessories, and carton drop where the spec requires it. Fabrics: four-point grading, shade, hand, skew, and shrinkage against the confirmed sample. A failing lot is rejected or reworked before freight is booked.

04

OEM and ODM

Buyer’s brand, colour, and accessory kit. Tooling and NRE are quoted as their own lines. Ownership of moulds and artwork follows the contract, not a handshake at the factory gate.

Logistics

Ocean and air under Incoterms 2020. CIF, FOB, and EXW are the usual terms. Insurance under CIF is arranged to the named port. Preferential certificates of origin are applied for when the buyer asks in time and pays the official fee.

Warehousing and consolidation

Inbound cartons can be held, re-labeled, and consolidated before sailing. This is for buyers who split a factory run across more than one destination or who need a later vessel.
