The company has the capacity of a natural person under Cap. 622. Trade is limited in practice to lawful wholesale of physical goods — electronics, fabrics, accessories, and related merchandise.

HaoShengFa Trade Limited (浩盛發貿易有限公司) is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in Hong Kong on 25 March 2026. Company number 80046971. The articles of association permit wholesale, import, export, and related trade in goods, including textile fabrics, garment accessories, and other merchandise.

Incorporated to trade. Organised to document.
The company is young. That is a fact of the register, not a slogan. What we put in front of a buyer is a registered office, a named director’s authority to contract, and a working sequence from inquiry to bill of lading.
Business is conducted in English and Chinese. Contracts may be bilingual. Where the two texts differ, the Chinese text of our constitutional documents prevails; commercial contracts state their own rule of interpretation.

We exist to place electronics and related merchandise with wholesale buyers who already know what they want. The work is allocation, inspection, and documents — not a storefront and not a marketplace.

Authority
Contracts are executed for the company by a director, in accordance with section 127 of the Ordinance. Counterparties receive a company chop and signature on the same instrument.
Records
Each shipment keeps a commercial invoice, packing list, and origin document. Inspection notes stay with the lot number. We do not “confirm by WeChat” and reconstruct the file later.

Beneficial ownership and identity documents are held for statutory purposes. They are not published on this site. Correspondence uses the company email only.

Kwun Tong, on the harbour side of Kowloon.
Yau Lee Centre, 45 Hoi Yuen Road. The district sits with the rest of Hong Kong’s east-Kowloon wholesale and logistics belt. Visits are by appointment, arranged through the inquiry address.
