Inspection before cargo
Electronics are checked for function, labeling, and packing. Fabrics are graded on a four-point system. Non-conforming lots are held, not argued after discharge.
Freight on named terms
Shipments move CIF, FOB, or EXW under Incoterms 2020. Commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin travel with the cargo.

Named goods, not “equivalent”
Model numbers, yarn counts, and colour cards are written into the contract. Substitutions require a written change. Silent swaps are not a commercial practice here.
Documents that match the cargo
Invoice descriptions, HS codes, and packing lists are prepared from the same schedule as the goods. If the carton does not match the paper, the carton does not ship.
One channel for the file
Allocation requests, sample comments, and shipping notices go to the same address. There is no second inbox and no public chat handle.
